We've test roasted this flavourful Kenyan Co-Ferment a lot to get it just right, bringing out the orange fruitiness with a caramel, nut and chocolate body, so it works great in all brew styles.
This coffee is processed in Kenya by adding the sorted coffee cherries to fermentation barrels alongside Koji culture and pulped oranges, grown by the same farmers who supply the cherries. This process of co-fermentation accentuates the natural sweetness of the Batian and Ruiru variety coffee and results in a supremely bright and fruity cup. The beans are from farmers in Kericho County, part of Kenya's renowned Rift Valley.
