This high-scoring Red Bourbon coffee from Rwanda's Nyamasheke district is sweet and comforting with notes of raisin and a bright citrus finish, roasted to preserve clarity while providing depth of body.

The coffee is grown by 51 farmers and the cherries sorted by hand to ensure only the ripest high quality coffee makes it into the lot. The coffee then goes through the washing and fermentation process which provides for a clean an balanced cup.

We have sourced the Green coffee through Omwani Coffee, a specialty African coffee company that has been working directly with producers since 2018. Omwani is known through the industry for putting transparency and deep rooted producer relationships at the centre of their supply chain.
