This classic and rich Colombia washed coffee exudes comfort and flavour, with classic chocolate and nutty notes combined with sweetness and citrus acidity.

This combination of Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varietals was produced by 52 smallholder farmers in the Cauca region of the Colombian Andes. Every microlot that goes into this coffee scores at 85 or above on the Specialty Coffee Association grading, a mark of a truly exceptional crop. The coffee is fully washed, resulting in a clean, vibrant and classic Colombian tasting cup.
